  • This surveillance covers the actual farms and milking systems and is the first step in the comprehensive Chalav Yisrael programme. 
  • The Chalav Yisrael integrity is ensured in the transport and packaging stages by employing A2's own verification systems to guarantee the integrity of their milk which is trucked from the farms to the processing plants. 
  • A2 is unique in this regard - they are the only Australian dairy that must enforce comprehensive separation and exclusivity for their unique product.
  • These same secure systems are employed to also ensure the integrity of the Chalav Yisrael status as delivered to the processing and packaging plants.


As with the human direct supervision for Chalav Yisrael, where the tankers are sealed and the seals are checked upon arrival to validate the contents of the tankers, A2 has a comprehensive foolproof system of seals, that ensure there is no possibility of confusion or deception and guarantees that nothing other than Chalav Yisrael A2 is in the supply and packaging chain. We employ these A2 systems and are empowered to substantiate and verify all these steps as our very own Chalav Yisrael seals.
