Our Kosher certificate is designed to be implemented in a few easy steps and with a minimum of fuss.

We aim, and almost always succeed, to implement procedures that do not interfere with your production or scheduling.

We will:
  • audit all ingredients of all foods produced in the facility
  • assess all equipment in the facility, since, in some circumstances, a food’s Kosher status can be compromised by the equipment in which it is processed.
  • require that, at the earliest opportunity, we are appraised of all adjustments to ingredients, product development and modifications to processing.
We will present, without obligation, a free evaluation detailing requirements to attain Kosher certification which will enable you, at no cost, to:
  • determine your company’s ability to gain Kosher certification
  • usually within 5 working days
  • know the full costs of implementing and maintaining your Kosher certificate.

We are also able to expedite Halal certification through our affiliation with Halal Certificate International and are presently developing similar affiliation with organic and vegan certifiers.
