CERTIFICATION Certification is provided to those who have provided us with comprehensive, continuous, unhindered access to all ingredients and processes. CoSKA Companies that do not wish to assist in our certification process can be evaluated nonetheless through alternative channels. When we can garner enough information about specific product [some from the manufacturers, some from suppliers, from importers, from Rabbanim and Mashgichim] to be confident that the ingredients are Kosher and the production systems and peripherals will not compromise the Kashrus, we will publish a CoSKA. London Beis Din Style The LBD type advisory OKs entire product types like ALL pasta ALL yoghurt ALL fruit Juices - provided they don't contain XY or Z, [notwithstanding that the non-Kosher varieties are manufactured, filled and otherwise processed on the same machinery] There is no investigation or verification other than a general awareness about the manufacturing process and evaluation of risk. |
